On 4th January 2011 TRL commenced operating from its brand new purpose built home, comprising of a 3000 sq ft workshop and two storey administration centre. However, we will be sharing our fabulous new home with the building contractors until towards the end of February as a combination of adverse weather and 'builder's optimism' mean that the final elements of the build project are running a couple of months late.

Nevertheless, the whole team are finding it difficult to curtail their excitement as they get their hands on this fabulous new facility at last, with its new pits, rolling road and vehicle washbay. It certainly has been worth the wait!

Situated on the Maylands Industrial Estate only 3 minutes from Junction 8 of the M1 motorway, this 2.5 acre site couldn't be in a better position for a trailer rental and contract hire business. The facility will provide the perfect environment for the company to service, repair and prepare for MOT its fleet of 1,500 trailers, as well as to offer these services to third party operators.

Progress so far...

	Footage, drainage and water supply for the new building were all in place by mid july.
TRL’s new operating centre building is given the very latest insulation and cladding.
	Full height doorways into the fully equipped central workshop with a two-storey office block, additional workshop offices and driver facilities.
The first of 2 11mtr pits is lowered into position in the workshop floor
	The Cement lorry offloads it's final load for the workshop floor.
The trailer wash area and rolling road next to the large 2 bay workshop will make this a modern and comprehensive trailer repair and preparation facility.
	With ample provision for natural light in both the high roof and doors this gives an incredibly light 'airy' workshop environment.
